Viking River Cruises set us the huge task of creating an entire suite of personalised and dynamic emails for their brand. The project was visually beautiful and fun to write, and we ended up with over a 100 emails in the package, all tailored towards 'Dreamers' (people who had expressed curiosity about the cruises), 'Sleepers' (people who hadn't shown any action recently), 'Planning' (people who were actively planning a trip), 'Anticipating' (the final countdown to boarding) and 'Experiencing' (for people on the cruise).
